Consultant to the German Tax Authorities on the subject of planning and setting up a country wide tax administration.

Project Manager contracted by CSELT responsible for setting up an EDIFACT ‘Conformance Testing Centre’ for EDIFACT und X.400. (SUN Unix Systeme, C ).

Project Manager contracted by S.W.I.F.T. to manage the CTS EDI/X400 projected performed by an international consortium of companies incl. BT plc(UK), CSELT(Italy), Sema Group (France/Germany) and Computer Logic (Greece).

Consultant to S.W.I.F.T., Brussels, in the area of EDIFACT Security, EDI Message Development, Information Modelling, X500 and X.400. Project Manager responsible for setting up an EDI conformance testing service at SWIFT. This projects was performed on UNIX Sun systems and programmed in C. The follow on standardization work was directly supported by the EEC TEDIS program.
